Kevin S. Cullina

Kevin Cullina is Principal and Senior Manager of Cullina Management, Inc., a Program and Real Estate Development Services firm based in Southern California. The firm’s primary focus is Commercial Building, Land Development and Environmental.

With over 32 years experience of land improvements, building development, and corporate real estate account management related to development, facility management and transactions for portfolios throughout the U.S. and Latin America; Kevin has represented partnerships from a diverse set of industries; including Developers, REITs, Industrial, Tech and Entertainment.

Mr. Cullina has extensive expertise in entitlements, financial pro forma modeling and program management that spans a variety of project types; including road & utility improvements, concrete tilt-up/cast-in-place and structural steel ground-up and adaptive reuse building development, mission critical facilities, environmental “brownfield” clean-up, mixed-use retail & office, multi-family, distribution centers and water plants.

Prior to founding Cullina Management, Kevin was Senior Vice President of Development & Management Services for Binswanger International where he was instrumental in securing entitlements, expediting zoning variances and development of a $32M world headquarters and manufacturing facility in the City of Los Angeles for Bobrick Washroom Equipment.

He also served for over five years as a Managing Director of Development & Management for Cushman & Wakefield’s U.S. Western Region, where he led the land and building development of a new $275M data center for eBay in Utah, and a 1.2M SF distribution center for Crate & Barrel in Tracy CA, in addition to holding the position of Managing Alliance Director for the Bank of America Account in the U.S. Northwest Region.
