  • 5550 Boulder Hwy., Las Vegas, NV – 4.93-acre, 59,158 SF retail property (Albertsons grocery store). Conducted pre-acquisition due diligence and lease evaluations.

  • Carquest, Riverside, CA – 120,000 SF West Coast Distribution Facility. Negotiated build-to-suit development agreements, managed site selection, site improvements, and building construction costs.

  • Cummins Rocky Mountain, Vernal, UT – 95,000 SF warehouse expansion on a greenfield site. Managed off-site improvements and construction.

  • Holmes Products, Milford, MA – 110,000 SF office headquarters, warehouse, and distribution center on a challenging granite rock site. Negotiated wetlands relocation with the Army Corps of Engineers and secured utility service approvals.

Brownfield Redevelopment & Environmental Projects

  • Baylands Development, South San Francisco, CA – 684-acre brownfield redevelopment on a former San Francisco landfill and Union Pacific Railroad site. Managed entitlements, CEQA compliance, environmental remediation, and secured 1,200 ac/ft of water rights. Achieved the first unanimous city council approval in 30 years.

  • Shell Oil Company, Carson, CA – 20-acre, 110,000 SF oil refinery redevelopment. Managed relocation of crude oil pipelines, stormwater systems, and power infrastructure while maintaining 24/7 operations for an adjacent refinery.

  • Whittaker-Bermite Property, Santa Clarita, CA – Due diligence for entitlement of 1,244 single-family and 1,667 multi-family residences on a former ammunition manufacturing site. Coordinated with California DTSC to remediate UXO (unexploded ordnance) and perchlorate contamination.

  • NASA/Boeing, Downey, CA – 300-acre redevelopment of an aerospace facility into a mixed-use site with a hospital, retail center, and entertainment production studios. Secured environmental clearance from CA DTSC for safe development.
